Not to discount your point of "employees needing to be on public assistance" which does go to your main and perennial point

Then had this thought and remembering different times in my life where I had to hustle my ass to pay da bills. I remember being a bit of an anti-establishment thinker and wasn't going to join the rat race anyways. I worked a steady job a few years flipped a couple homes outta dumb luck and retired - for a relatively brief period lol, and then reality set in again.
