It takes time and money to attend vet conferences. Every pet treatment costs the company money it doesn't have. Every penny and minute should be focused on getting IDE submitted. The IDE requires testing and analysis of said testing - this is acceptable and necessary along with anything else necessary to move IDE forward. What isn't (imo) acceptable is a company who generates no revenue spends so much time on an aspect of the business that needlessly wastes that company's resources which are already in very short supply.
