There was also that fledgling Greek investment company that was trying to get sanctioned to do business in Canada. Fred was on the board. I think he was trying to hook them up with Cedar when Delfin had an equity interest, and now just advising on the flng portion. A younger classmate of mine from my high school was Greek and a principal of the company. I remember striking up a conversation through email and when I mentioned Delfin he basically crapped his pants and said he could not discuss any thing further! We could write a book for Christ sakes!
(My daughter tells me I shouldn't use the expression "hooked up" anymore. F_ it! Nobody asked my permission to change the English language. 😆)
