What are you speaking to? You have ZERO idea of how insider trading works. If a CEO has a meeting amongst analysts and they reveal their plans for increasing business and the enterprise value of their company, and the analysts call their clients and tell them to buy the stock based on their interpretation of the presentation from management that is not considered inside information if this is what you are assuming.

I speak with the management of every company I own stock in when they are available to speak. Its not against the SEC 10b-5 Rules. I guess you have been trading only penny stocks and you have no reason to speak with management with 95% of them since they are all BS and you like most are there for a trade. I am here to make my third fortune.
