Absolutely. It’s interesting that Scozzafava always looks for known scammers.

The SEC litigation files against Logan gives insight into how these pump-n-dump operations
work.

5 of the 6 listed KEGS contractors/control persons have a long history of running OTC scams. I would venture to say the 6th one does as well just not as well documented as the other 5.
