Correction, in case there was any confusion. It only took 1 share to have the OPTION to acquire 1 unit in past shareholder rights offerings.
If there is a 50:1 RS as some on ST are predicting the 100 shares i recommend would only allow for purchase of up to 2 units based on previous offerings. Right now a RS is not a pressing concern despite the April date. Theyve received the customary 6 month extension every time before.
It seems all, or most of the conversions are done. So if there is any good news, this could take off without the concern of naked shorting to hold it down. That said, i think if the stock trades under .10 for 10 business days, the RS process could be accelerated.

The fact that Zimmer is a stakeholder in Sintx has never helped SINT. In addition to holding a small amount of shares for the option of participating in shareholder rights offerings, trade and keep watching because one day that fact will impact SINT,
