The Company saw the "Writing on the wall" regarding the Economy, around mid 2022, and
completed a Transition to a New Business Strategy in the first Qtr of 2023, resulting in
the Roll-up of 10TBI's into Outdoorsmen/X2Fan, and fast-tracking 3 Liquidity Events
w/ Outdoorsmen, . . LikeRE & the JV w/MjLink & INQD in the 1st Qtr of 2024 !!!

The Banking Industry was slow to change but, is now rapidly Embracing Blockchain Technology,
Tokenization, and Cryptocurrency - All of which - Ken, his IR Team, and Partners
are completely capable of incorporating into all the TBI's, and all
of the Mergers & Partnerships that join the JV !!!

Surprisingly, very few folks have caught on to this, . . nor has anyone noticed the
Industry Description Change for the Company here, on the iHub !!!

Needless to say, many here will be surprised with . . .
how all this rolls out in 2024 & Beyond !!!
