Management invested right up to IPO Joe, or did you not notice series F offerings was in 2013? I guess you didnt check the link i provided.
Now, Sonny's been doing work for Sintx since December 2006 when he was just a surgeon designer for them. Thats 18 years of his life spent working on Si3N4. Hes invested alot of time and some money into the company. As he was already doing work for Zimmer back then, the idea that hes just collecting a paycheck is comical. Doing work for Zimmer is far more lucrative than his yearly salary here. Royalties pay doctors better than Sonny's salary. My point is, he doesnt need his salary. He could spend his energy elsewhere and make more. To me hes still CEO because either Zimmer needs him there, because he really believes in the material, or some combination of the two.

In August 2013 and September 2013, we issued an aggregate of 94.8 units, each unit consisting of 50,000 shares of our Series F convertible preferred stock and a warrant to acquire 25,000 shares of our common stock at an exercise price of $1.00 per share, to 45 accredited investors at $100,000 per unit.

Im not the only one with all this knowledge, there are those here who know way more than I...they just will not share it. They know more about whats really going on than I do. Like no one here will post about NP Aerospace. Why is that joe? Why is it you guys all will not talk about NP Aerospace?

Joe im sure there are paid shills posting, but if youre asking if i am, the answer is an emphatic no. You should be careful quoting Taman as he frequently post straight out lies.

Now Joe, i answered your question, will you actually answer any of mine? Saying i dont care is a cop-out to avoid answering and thus isnt an answer.

Do you agree with my belief that Zimmer Biomet did not innovate its in-house spinal products after its acquisition of LDR because it was eyeing innovative tech externally? If so do you think it sold off its spine assets, in part, because of that innovative tech? Do you think that innovative tech is Sintx Si3N4? Why or why not? Considering the relationship these two companies share (do you agree with this part?), is there anything deceptive in these questions?

Silicon Nitride, a Close to Ideal Ceramic Material for Medical Application

examples of their medical applications that relate to spinal, orthopedic and dental implants, bone grafts and scaffolds, platforms for intelligent synthetic neural circuits, antibacterial and antiviral particles and coatings, optical biosensors, and nano-photonic waveguides for sophisticated medical diagnostic devices are all covered in the research reviewed herein. The examples provided convincingly show that silicon nitride is destined to become a leader to replace titanium and other entrenched biomaterials in many fields of medicine.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
