Silly ignorance abounds re public Co knowledge. Quick question, why is your puny insignificant vote not needed??? It’s a math question, so I don’t really expect you to answer!!!

I thought you would have the good sense to stop chirping after you couldn't name a single CEO that profits from similar self deals. Here again you reveal your own ignorance on the subject. What bubba412 seems to understand that you do not understand is that if Hakim ever did call for a shareholder vote on a self deal, then he would abstain from the vote. That seems pretty obvious to me just based on common sense, but I even explained to you yesterday to look up the entire fairness standard. It's really easy to understand, so it's surprising to see such a savvy businessman have such a difficult time with it. I can lay it all out there for you, but I can't make you understand it. I will suggest that if this is your top game, then perhaps you could be less of a dick to other shareholders who are only expressing honest opinions.
