B402's West Virginia is a bit of a haven for preppers. Should say the idea B402 could be one wasn't my idea. Another poster who shall remain anonymous for now made the suggestion to me. I said umm, maybe and suggested he could ask him publicly. Then the thought pushed me to doing it first.
