TLLZF: effective Feb. 28,2024: Pursuant to a plan of arrangement Barsele Minerals Corp and Gold Line Resources Ltd, which Barsele acquired Gold Line. Shareholders of Gold Line receiving 0.7382 of a common share of Barsele for each common share of Gold Line held.
