Trying to understand the effect of this merger. If share holders vote to approve the merger of Faze into Game Square, current FAZE shareholders receive $.13091from Game Square, for every FAZE shares owned, post merger? That doesn't seem favorable to current FAZE shareholders, what am I missing here?
