NGM acquired_by PE group_for $1.55/sh cash—an 80% premium to the “unaffected” share price on 12/29/23:

The buyer is The Column Group, LP. The nominal deal value is $135M.

p.s. It's a coincidence that NGM, a paritcipant in the NASH arena, closed its going-private deal on the same day that there was market-moving NASH news from B-I / ZEAL.CO.
