#1) the shares you own are the same shares that Delfin owns. Delfin and their insiders who are not “insiders” according to SEC rules, ie hedge fund Talisman, most likely own 97% of the issued and outstanding shares.
Per an in depth study of the sec filings regarding share structure, I believe that on 12/2017 only 22M shares could have been in the hands of the public. How many more were bought by said HF during the months and days following Delfin’s share purchase agreement?
So: a RS you ask? I say who cares, it will depend on how many shares Delfin determines is appropriate. I believe that with the current number issued, the shares should have a minimum value of approximately $5, this is a simple rough guess based upon what the initial MC might be upon RM.
