Split T suggested that WMI HOLDINGS, INC. (File Number: 4854674), Incorporation /Formation Date: 7/30/2010 was incorporated in Delaware to protect or isolate the assets in a DST before plan 6 was approved and in a period when equity was almost wiped out in the bankruptcy court ..., I tried hard to find in the sec filings a reference to the creation of this WMI HOLDINGS, INC. (File Number: 4854674) and I failed but I believe Split T to be correct. As you suggest WMI HOLDINGS, INC. (File Number: 4854674) may be a subsidiary of pre WMI Holdings Corp but for now I failed to find this information, just in case here it is the chart of the subsidiaries:




I insist in (File Number: 4854674) because I believe filr,tax, etc numbers of the corporations are the key in the differentiation. As you say the names are very similar or even equal in some cases but the company is not, eg:

(File Number: 4854674) went through three consecutive mergers on 8/4/2022, considering that WMI Holdings, Inc Texas branch (Company Number 0801306086 ) also went through a merger that same date, I believe that WMI Holdings, Inc Texas branch (Company Number 0801306086 ) merged into WMI HOLDINGS, INC. Delaware parent Company(Company Number 4854674) just before
WMI HOLDINGS, INC. Delaware parent Company(Company Number 4854674) mergerd into A. J.HURT, JR., INCORPORATED but I don't know about the third merger that happenned that day

Warehouse Facility Trusts are mentioned in very recent filings (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/933136/000119312524021883/0001193125-24-021883-index.html) and Sun_Coast Resources has warehouse facilities ( " Sun Coast has been in business for over 38 years owns and operates 21 offices/warehouse/bulk plant facilities located in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and South Carolina ...") so there may be a connection here, but I could be wrong

In any case what matters IMO is how to track the assets in DST from inception to present.

I also found interesting and potentially a problem the fact that WMI HOLDINGS, INC. (File Number: 4854674) had originally 210,000 shares and only 1,000 when merged into A. J.HURT, JR., INCORPORATED suggesting that unless someone holds in excess of 10,000,000 face value in preferred shares (and whatever equivalent in commons) won't have a single share in the corporation, unless people aggregate their holdings accordingly.

Is it possible to buy the filings of WMI HOLDINGS, INC. (File Number: 4854674) in Delaware ?
