Unless Receivership is petitioned and granted, don't see this returning. There's been ample time for filings. The OTC MMS shorting campaigners have contributed to this. Why comply and file if your not going to get a reasonable valuation of market cap and fair trade on your stock??
Let's hope there's an interested party willing to pursue the assets..
