I was just going through all the Prs in the last year or under Charles leadership. Depends on how you count it but we have 4 to 6 new partnerships. I have been told many times when I call in the y are working on M/A and that seems very likely. Most CEO's that have nothing going on are very chatty. The ones that have a big deal cooking are quiet. Is he a egotistical billionaire, that does not care about share holders or does he have something cooking on the stove, that they can't talk about? They are adding 340 B contracts that they cannot talk about. He ended the debt. cleaned up the books. pumped alot of cash into this, added some big investors. A successful billionaire with no plan? Do they want to drive the price down to buy up the rest of the shares?
I remember calling in over a year ago as a NXPL shareholder asking what they were going to do with the Newly a quired RXMD. They said they might shine it up and flip it, not for 15 to 20% but 3-4 4x. Did they buy us in the beginning with no plan, just because we were a smoking deal or did they see a good fit or a potential buyer? They see serious value. Billionaire investors picked Rxmd over the majority of investments that crossed their path in Florida. We are at 9 year lows on the chart.
Meanwhile the market makers take the price down as management increases revenue and growth.
