Anyone can set up those names with the SOS for Nevada. Anyone! Ask Nevada SOS where the email came from for that SOS filing. It did not come from China. It came from Caiazzo just like the phony website and tweets. No definitive LOI was ever inked here. The only thing that was inked was Gene Caiazzo saying there was a merger with JFH back in November.
