There are hundreds of Scott Conant type opportunities for KITL to align with in the next 3 months.

The S1 at the current PPS will only bring in $150,000.
Just the last two quarters KITL experienced a $3.6 Million loss in operating income. That is $600k a month.
A RS can’t save this company. It will take a miracle merger, partnership, alliance, type Ponte Scamwich to move the PPS again.

When it comes to the OTC and money, a tick can swallow a cow.
