The facts are very simple:

- MMEX is a share selling scam underpinned by toxic, flourless convertible debt
- The CEO, and entire "management" team have a history of massive loss generation, securities fraud, the criminality
- No material progress has been made on any of MMEX's projects, none ever will - what does exist are simply props to promulgate the fraud

Most recently, Mad Jacki-boi lost his janitor's closet "office" at the Child's facility in Fort Stockton. Anyone who chased this toxic trash, by definition is an abject moron. The evidence that MMEX is a fraud is documented abundantly - all anyone need do is read the SEC filings - an "investor" horror novel...
