Rhetoricals are fine, often learn something from them. I guess like ordinary people have holidays, and children sure should have, then SCOTUS should have them too. And am guessing, like so many other responsible adults, responsible supremes would do some work during breaks.

On typing that i thought gee, we're sure learning a lot these past years about just how very ordinary too many supremes are.
