XOMA acquires KNTE for $2.3352-to-$2.5879 cash +CVR—an 8% premium to yesterday’s close at the midpoint of the cash range (excluding the CVR):

The cash portion if the deal is a range because the amount depends on how much working capital KNTE has when the merger closes.
