yo ron?.... there is no RE (retained earnings from WMI)......it was abandoned as part of the GSA agreement to get the 5.88 billions in NOLS......how else can a company get so much in NOLS without taking a loss on the earnings?....stop with your BS and read the documents, especially the 2013 WMIH 10-K.....common and preferred equity classes were cancelled and extinguished!!!!!......now ron, do you know that EQUITY IS RETAINED EARNINGS??????????.... so if common and preferred were abandoned, then so was the RETAINED EARNINGS!!!!!!!!.... duhhhh....
