You insist on making statements that can't be backed up by reality.
They don't get why we got to where we are and now, more importantly, after 8 years of what is called the Trump era, why the situation hasn't changed.......
Situation NOW:
We ARE currently post pandemic on the heels of a successful Covid vax rollout; less successful among Trump supporters. The unemployment numbers are much lower than predicted a year ago when a recession was predicted by many.
New job creation stands at a record 14M and counting. Inflation down and trending down. Oil production at all time high. Stock market at historical highs. Credit a bipartisan Infrastructure Bill....the Senate approved a $1 trillion package to improve and modernize the nation's aging infrastructure through a bipartisan 69-to-30 vote. And the Chips and Science Bill, also as bipartisan as it gets, passed the Senate 64-33
Appears to me that the Dems were listening AND that the situation has changed.
Now, the abortion rollback. Was SCOTUS listening to the consensus? GOP governors? Are the Republicans paying attention to the voting returns on the issue? I'd say the abortion issue HAS changed, to the chagrin of the GOP.
