Re email response from Hamilton to Trader53:

Despite your statements to my assistant,
be advised
I did not take WCVC public
nor did I draft or participate in drafting
any of their public filings or securities offerings.

If Hamilton really meant that she didn't take Nixon Restaurant Group public by reverse-merging into WCVC, then that would tend to put the kibosh on hopes that she is now helping Nixon get back to trading. However, this is a very poorly worded denial if that is what she meant.

However, this could be a carefully-worded dodge, since prior to Nixon being involved with WCVC, WCVC was already a public company. In that case, this is not a denial that she helped Nixon Restaurant Group go public via the reverse-merge into the already existing WCVC.

I have represented WCVC
in matters unrelated to their SEC disclosures and securities offerings.

As truthful as this is, by itself it is neither confirmation nor denial that she was involved in taking Nixon Restaurant Group public. However, the record shows that she was Nixon's agent for a year before Nixon Restaurant Group's merger with WCVC was completed and NRG was announced to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the already public WCVC. [Actually, after her year was up, a new agent was put in place, and then two months later the merger was announced.]

Attorneys aren't suppose to lie, but they don't have to reveal the truth unless authorized by their client or otherwise legally compelled to do so.
