That is too funny - so now you are giddy about - "One thing about George... he knows how to keep eyes on his companies"

That is complete nonsense - people love to watch a train wreck and GVSI is a huge train wreck after the devastating press release yesterday.

When you read this in a press release RUN!!!

"Good Vibrations Shoes, Inc. (OTCMKT: GVSI), announced today that it has entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with a privately owned Blockchain and Cryptocurrency enterprise, currently operating as an LLC."

So Sharp has a non-binding LOI with a unnamed crypto company.

Then Sharp provides the death knell - "The Form 10 filing is expected to occur late in the first quarter of 2025".

The question is why will it take so long?

Then Sharp isn't being truthful because the reason why any new Issuances can't have the restrictive legend removed is because a 15c hasn't been filed.
