It seems that way... But to fully understand, I'd have to dig into the assets vs liabilities, and liquidity.

Its hard to believe they just spent all that money on signature bank assets, while in bad shape.

But, it doesn't really matter, if deposits start fleeing. That can take down healthy banks.

It will be interesting.
