Progressive DAs and laws concerning bail and 1000.00 shoplifting limits...

Just adding to the situation we all find ourselves in politically

Judges always had the discretion of personal recognizance bonds...Add no bail to the decriminalization of 1000.00 in shoplifting...

Now we have a situation in the cities.....Thanks San Fran who started it all
The fabric of society has been breaking down and that just accelerates it...

Now the instance of assaulting police officers in NYC...Message sent, just not the right one...

It doesn't take a law degree to conclude these are not good ideas...

Bail reform pandered to the base and again, Judges always had discretion based on offense and prior offenses. Being able to steal 1000.00 and consider it a misdemeanor then walk the same day....Leads to what? And most are never caught and employees get fired for trying....An Upside down world being created...

Another reason people are disenchanted with the progressive wing and it reflects on dems...And BTW, Its not just hurting the big retailers that can write off losses (although they have left in droves)....It.hurts the mom and pop small businesses the most who can't afford the losses.....
