You twisted what i said, were you aware of that? Was that on purpose? Because thats an example of a method of disinformation. You language and attempt to illicit an emotional response is as well. Lets try to be civil.

Atlanta told me to sell last year before the price dropped for no company related reasons

What negative news came out that justified Sintx price and marketcap drop last year before the filing of the S-1? Is that all you got, that they had to raise funds? So did hundreds of other companies im sure. Tesla raised a ton of times while operating for losses for years before success. So did Amylin. This is normal for companies that are in the development stage. Raising funds, by itself, does not negate a companies marketcap.
Sintx did sell a portion of the company in 2018 so i was not incorrect in saying they were getting ready to sell. Yes it did not occur with Zimmer Biomet nor did it involve the whole company. However that does not mean it will not eventually happen in some form. I also do not believe i was incorrect in my assessment that Sintx is tied to Zimmer Biomet.

Yes or No answers on these questions please:

Is Zimmer Biomet a stakeholder, in that theyve shared scientific research, in Sintx or not?
Do you think Zimmer is the reason Sonny joined the board of Sintx and eventually became CEO?
Did Zimmer Biomet not hire Dr. Saurabh Lal, PHD?
Is Dr Lal not an expert on Si3n4 coatings and doing research for Zimmer Biomet on anti-infective technologies?
Did Zimmer Biomet acquire Implex in 2003 for 108m upfront and another 125m or so over the next two years?
Does Sintx IP not have similar use cases to Implex and therefore is the IP not worth the same or more in those use cases?
Does Sintx IP not have alot more use cases than Implex's IP did?
Did Medtronic acquire Spinal Dynamics in 2002 or 03 for 280m or so? Can Sintx IP not be used for spinal implants as well?
Do funds not naked short every offering here?
Does naked shorting not suppress stockprice and valuations?

Joe,

No, i do not behave like a stock pumper especially as i have no problem exploring negative side as well as the positive side. I think a better classification is board guru. Thats not because i know the most, as thats hardly the case, its because i share the most information with supporting evidence. I think a big difference between a board guru and pumpers/bashers is pumpers/bashers use, for example, 10% fact 90% suggestion.

PUMPERS DO THE FOLLOWING: 1. Be anonymous 2. Use 10% fact. 90% suggestion. The facts will lend credibility to your suggestions. 3. Let others help you learn about the stock. Build rapport and a support base before initiating your pumping routine. 4. Enter w/ humor and reply to all who reply to you. 5. Use multiple ISP's, handles and aliases. 6. Use two (2) or more aliases to simulate a discussion. 7. Do not start with an all out pump of the stock. Build to it. 8. Identify your foes (bashers) and the boards "guru" Use them to your advantage. Lead them do not follow their lead.

However, I explore all aspects of Sintx and will engage in discussion about the negative aspects as well as the positives. Your statement that Sonny is a lousy public company CEO is something we have discussed before. At first you claimed Sonny was a lousy CEO and as we discussed things you reduced it to lousy public CEO. I give you that. I do not disagree that Sonny operates Sintx more like a private company and so from that perspective hes a lousy public CEO.

SINT is supposed to be a reflection of Sintx. As Sintx performs well or poorly, SINT is supposed reflect that in kind. However, as ive argued, again with evidence, SINT does not accurately reflect Sintx value. Thus i treat them as two separate parts to be evaluated separately. When you do this it becomes more obvious the disconnect between them.

Silicon Nitride, a Close to Ideal Ceramic Material for Medical Application

examples of their medical applications that relate to spinal, orthopedic and dental implants, bone grafts and scaffolds, platforms for intelligent synthetic neural circuits, antibacterial and antiviral particles and coatings, optical biosensors, and nano-photonic waveguides for sophisticated medical diagnostic devices are all covered in the research reviewed herein. The examples provided convincingly show that silicon nitride is destined to become a leader to replace titanium and other entrenched biomaterials in many fields of medicine.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
