"Subpoena"..from who to who?

Like you, he uses an alias and posts using a "free IHub account." A free account means IHub doesn't even have a credit or debit card on file. Anyone who registers using their real name and email address --instead of a burner email-- should have their head examined.

So without any way to personally ''serve'' him with a subpoena they'd have to subpoena IHub who --at the most-- has an IP address which would merely reveal the general area he posts from.

FYI they clearly state--
