As a matter of simple curiosity, can anyone here explain what the actual issue has been with the stock from SOS DE persective?

It seems as though there was something about how cellstar, CLST, formally shut down operations when they folded. There was something about how the shares were accounted for and distributed amongst the preferred shareholders, but I have always been very unclear on just exsctly what it is that a court must resolve.
