Because in pinkyland investments are graded on more than revenues and company events. Once a company is branded it's tough to recover- that's why dilution and reverse splits do matter.

Do you know of many pinkys who've diluted to death, reverse split then actually added value to their pre-split prices based on gaining positive revenues? Not saying it hasn't happened, none come to mind though.

I still like the Ipickle, it's just a totally different game if they do a RS and those saying it doesn't matter must actually enjoy losing money. While I don't mind most of the time, I definately don't enjoy it:P
