I have just recently entered this position and read that there was a R/S in the future. On that note I emailed the company regarding this and received an email back saying that there was no plans on a R/S. Here is the email.

Thanks for your interest. I would suggest you refer to figures as posted on "Pinksheets.com" for latest numbers on share structure as I am away from the office at the moment.

And, there are no current plans to do a R/S..
