If it is a scam why do you continue to hawk this stock.

They started this company under capitalized. They made that perfectly clear and never hid the fact they wer diluting to raise money to operate...Every time they were asked they said that.

The joint venture is signed and now the next steps are in progress. They still need cash to operate and so expect more dilution till they can secure cash flow.

When the cash flow comes in they will have the resources to follow many roads to correct the dilution.

If you don't believe that walk away now. If you are still around then I and everyone else will know you are full of crap.

Your choice.
