Yes, potential R/M with Sandford Technology per Form 10k 2004. It's either that or they used their option to buy Positive ID. all from the filing ;) We speculate that the recent name change occured for something, we'll see how this week goes, it wil be very interesting if we continue to gap up ! maybe some people are in the known...im also waiting for a reply from the company (Sandford to confirm if they are going public). It's definetly a stock on watch!!

as a comparable ABDL went from 2 cents to 50 cents ! on symbol change, their float is around 150 mill vs 20 mil in our cases !
