Well not looking at the EV is missing the point. I can give plenty of other comparisons, but there's no way the dilution will have the shares 0.05-0.10 as someone said. Also anything under $100 within 24 months of priv doesn't account for the velocity of the upcoming environment FnF will be the main cog in. Just my two cents. But 20-40 is fine. I would say triple digits by 24 months in. Home building is about to boom for a long time. As is a better, more profitable FnF... Without the two GSEs privatized, there is no housing market growth. No lending and financial institutions profits. No global investment in the growth. That's just insane.
