Just my guess: some other big investors rather than the company and CEO have already bought a lot of shares steady from Sep 2023 to now even in previous month the company and CEO were not allowed to buy back due to financial reporting period. Those big investors are interested in abqq.tv and wish to exchange their shares to abqq.tv up to 49% and also agree to somehow in this way lower the OS of ABQQ. If that’s the case, we should imagine how many shares are already been bought in their hands now. 1 billion? Or maybe 1.5 billion? lol
