Pretty much as i thought too but knowing how slow bureaucrats work, i'm hoping the bond process is in its last stages. Once that major hurdle is crossed all the other items should follow pretty quickly. Believe some type of rs will be done eventually when the pps is much higher for uplisting to a higher exchange but don't think it'll be anywhere close to the ridiculous ratio filed now. That's what i believe at least.
