Igpk had nothing going on before this.
What does JFH hold then if not an empty shell?
It had no business. Accounts payable or receivables, emoloyees, used equipment, office space?

All they bought is the A/S and the Market cap of the O/S. I mean hell Igpk doesn't even have matching jackets today.

Maybe I should have called the stock shell an empty boat.
