$680M of the $700M is deferred until 2033-2043---the Dodgers structured the deal at $2M per year for 10 years so the salary cap penalties wouldn't kill them---let the next owner worry about it LOL

Ohtani doesn't need the money now as he makes $50M+ in endorsements every season
