You don't understand the OTC and greed.

One of the original Sharks on Shark Tank - Kevin Harrington who has a net worth of $500M and rented his name to several OTC scams. He is much more well known than what you call prominent board members and has a much greater net worth the board members combined.

From May 2017:

"This morning, Rocky Mountain High Brands (OTC: RMHB) announced that Kevin Harrington, an original cast member of Shark Tank, has joined its Board of Directors and will be serving as a marketing and communications consultant to the company."

That company was a scam.

So much for the nonsense - "There is no way these prominent board members would associate with a scam"
