I received my probate petition yesterday that had its publication printed in public just before Thanksgiving. Probate awarded. I can sign and sell this property now. That encompassed 3 major holidays and just a single county in Alabama.
God only knows where this publication needs to go.
I'd want this hurdle behind me before I'd let this shell go forward too.

How can 100m shares go unknown
The DTCC doesn't let their electronic shares just flounder out there. I bet they were never created and delivered, but discovered in the books with the Company. The T/A would have everything.

I do know you can be given paper certificates from a company, and you can get the BOD to remove the restrictive ledger on your shares, but then it's up to you to deliver them to the T/A to be converted into tradable shares.
Still think it's crazy there are no ownership records.
If we can out right cancel per a judge, that's the best course of action. Instant 100m of market cap for us.
A R/S is a wonderful tool to eliminate this scenario, but it eliminates us too LOL
