I don't think Sharp has spent any money he won't get back. And overall, he's been paying legal fees by issuing shares in SRNW, WNFT, and/or GVSI. Shareholders are paying for the legal fees, not Sharp.
Sharp has spent alot of money cleaning this shell up and getting it ready for a merger. He is still spending money on legal and maintenance fees. I seriously doubt he'd go through all of this time and trouble for a .05 cent per share return. Time will certainly tell though.
