Not a lot really. I couldn't figure out what took them so long. They seemed to make out like it was something that needed to be approved, when it is a state level function and doesn't require SEC approval. At least not any more than, the OS shares cannot be higher than the AS's.
And in the end, I think they will end up doing another R/S once they get rid of all of the old debt.
They bought a dirty nasty shell, that required them to get.......................dirty nasty. 😬
