Sorry, I really have no idea what you're talking about. There's no "library" or "uploading" of personal "emos" or reactions that I'm aware of or even glimpsed outside the standard library that all Users have access to as a I described via the different categories. But, hey, maybe someone else understands what you're referring to and can explain.

Edit: Can you give me an example of this "However a emo that doesn't exist in the ihub lib can show up in the bottom selection itself."?
