The T/A would not be in trouble for acknowledging the question has the share structure changed from what is posted on the cyberkey website............


WHY?

Because the Cyberkey website states "EST" (ESTIMATED}

The T/A answering that is simply saying "YUP ITS STILL AN ESTIMATED NUMBER" and could be anything... 1.2 Billion O/S! 1.5 Billion O/S! and they will have done NOTHING WRONG...

Some have speculated or said they have spoken to lawyers trying to DEFINE what ESTIMATED means in that context.....some said 1% of that number...........I bet you could call ten different lawyers and get 10 different answers.............and one only need look at the numbers accumulated on this board to realize the cyberkey numbers are nowhere close to that.........
