Delfin’s floating liquefaction project is inching toward FID this year on about 10 million tons/yr of capacity. The Gulf of Mexico project failed to reach its targeted FID date in October 2023 despite selling out the capacity of its first vessel. And Commonwealth LNG could add another 9.5 million tons/yr with an FID targeted for the first quarter, and Corpus Christi Trains 8 and 9 could also see an FID in 2024 for another 5 million tons/yr.
