Partners Healthcare—the largest healthcare group in Massachusetts—just issued a new mask policy for office consultations. Healthcare providers will now wear masks, but masking is optional for patients. In a curious twist, Partners insists that patients who do opt to wear a mask must use a mask provided by the healthcare facility.
