I was right. The PUMPERS were wrong. I warned everyone time and time again. Sharp lied to Judge Susan Johnson on the Affidavit for an expedited hearing on $GVSI's Motion to Cancel Shares wherein he swore under penalty of perjury that "an acquisition of an asset of the Company is presently pending" on October 23, 2023.
There was never an aquisition of an asset presently pending. Sharp has sealed his fate. Many shareholders have already called the District Attorney's Office in Clark County, Nevada to file criminal charges.
Sharp is done and so is $GVSI. Tomorrow will be a massive selloff. The PUMPERS lose again. More importantly, Sharp will be indicted for Filing a False Governmental Record. I warned all of you that I would not stop until this classic sociopath was behind bars. It's coming. And the stock will fall to .0001 when Sharp is indicted.
I am sure Sharp has retained criminal counsel now. That is the reason for the recent tweets (to create a paper trail where none ever existed). But Sharp never had any aquisition presently pending back on October 23, 2023 or the merger would have already been consummated. And with the HUMBLE lawsuit pending what company of integrity would want to merge with this criminal.
After the 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss is denied, Sharp will be subject to numerous depositions, requests for admissions, requests for production and interrogatories. Sharp is done. And so is this charade. Sharp will likely be indicted for securities fraud later this year for his involvement in HUMBLE. It's all about to come out. No way out, Sharp. You're done. And you hurt so many innocent people.
