To be more specific, I suspect one of our self-proclaimed "whales" has engaged the services of a "large position liquidator" that routinely sell a few (100) shares at the low bid( ..04) then places an order to sell ( on an unreported exchange) just under the current posted ask for GERS. So slam the price on a couple of shares , then make a sale of a meaningful volume on the rebound. Rinse and repeat. Peace.
